Questions people actually ask
Six answers, none of them a maybe.
- Does it work without a coach?
- That's the default. Most people using Cairn program for themselves. A coach can be attached later without moving your history.
- Can I import my old log?
- Bring a CSV from a spreadsheet or another app and Cairn maps the score types it recognizes, then asks about the rest. Paper logs we can't help with.
- Does it work offline in the gym?
- Yes. The clock, the swipe-to-bank and the whole session run on device. If the basement has no signal nothing changes - it syncs when you walk out.
- Is there an Apple Watch app?
- Not yet. Banking a round is a big deliberate swipe, and we haven't found a version of that on a watch face we'd want to use mid-AMRAP. It's the most requested thing we don't have.
- Do coaches see my numbers?
- Only the coach you accept, and only sessions from blocks they assigned. Anything you log on your own stays private unless you share it.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Any time, from the app, without emailing anyone. You drop back to Log and your history stays - you can't read past 30 days until you're back.
